Getting our 2 litres per day can get a little tedious so it’s great to have some fun with hydration and add different flavours to our water.
1 litre of clean fresh drinking water
1 bunch of organic mint
Half an organic cucumber
2 organic limes
Chop 1 lime into wedges and squeeze into the water.
Slice the second lime and the cucumber into thin slices and add these, the lime wedges and the mint to the water.
Leave to infuse for 3-4 hours, or overnight, and enjoy throughout the day!
