This Raw Organic Mint Chocolate Ice Cream is the perfect treat for adults and kids as the weather (finally) gets warmer. It’s free from dairy, processed sugar, gluten and guilt 🙂
2 organic bananas
1/3 cup organic almond milk
1 tbsp raw organic cacao powder
A sprig (roughly 8 leaves) organic mint OR 2 drops food grade* peppermint essential oil (I use doTERRA)
*make sure to use food grade oil as not all essential oils are safe to ingest
Peel and freeze the bananas. Place the frozen bananas, cacao, mint and almond milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
