Post Work Out Smoothie
This smoothie bowl is great after a work out or tough yoga practice as it provides protein, potassium and magnesium.
1 frozen organic banana
1 tbsp organic almond butter
1 heaped tsp organic pumpkin seeds (preferably activated)
100 mls almond milk
Always freeze bananas without their peel. I keep a ziplock bag of bananas in the freezer so they’re available for smoothies or nice cream.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Top with a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds and ideally enjoy with a spoon.
