Stay hot in this cold weather with these Spicy Sweet Potato Wedges! They’re super simple to make and a great addition to any meal. Personally I love them for lunch with a chunky guacamole or simple smashed avocado.
2 Organic Sweet Potatoes
1 tbsp organic cold pressed coconut oil (I use Vita Coco)
1 tsp organic cayenne pepper
1 tsp organic turmeric
1 tsp organic paprika
Pinch organic sea salt
Boil the sweet potatoes for 10 minutes.
Drain and cut into chunky wedges.
Rub with coconut oil, cayenne, turmeric, paprika and salt.
Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 200 degrees celsius (180 for a fan assisted oven) for 20 minutes, until nice and crispy, turning half way.
