Banana Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
This sweet treat is free from dairy, gluten, refined sugar and guilt. It’s perfect for dessert or a sunny afternoon treat.
3 Organic Bananas
250g Coconut Yoghurt (I used CoYo)
1/3 cup Coconut Milk
2 tblsp Raw Cacao Nibs
1 tbsp Organic Desiccated Coconut
Peel and freeze the bananas. Place the bananas, coconut yoghurt, coconut milk and cacao nibs in a blender. Blend until smooth with small chocolate chips. Place in a freezer safe container, e.g. a glass pyrex dish or tupperware, cover and freeze for 2-3 hours until solid. Scoop into a small bowl, sprinkle with desiccated coconut and enjoy!
