Healthy Hot Nuts!

These are great as a snack or sprinkled on salad for some added flavour! They are a good source of energy, protein, omega 3 fatty acids and fibre.


100g organic walnuts

1 tsp organic cold pressed sesame oil

1 tsp organic paprika

half tsp organic cayenne pepper

half tsp organic garlic powder

Add all ingredients together in a food processor and pulse until the nuts are in small pieces and well coated with flavour.
