Hot Shots
Packed full of immune boosting nutrients.
Makes 4 shots
Ingredients:
6 Inches ginger root
5 inches turmeric root
1 orange – peeled
4 cloves garlic
Half tsp ground cayenne pepper
Pinch ground black pepper
All organic ideally
Method:
Juice the ginger, orange, turmeric and garlic in a masticating juicer. Stir in the cayenne and black pepper. Drink within 15 minutes of juicing for maximum nutrient absorption.
