Creamy Caramel Sauce

This is a delicious healthy alternative to processed caramel sauce as it’s free from dairy, refined sugar and gluten. It’s great on my caramel pecan pancakes or with any ‘nice’ cream.

Ingredients:

5 Organic Medjool Dates (pitted)

80 – 100 mls Organic Almond Milk (will vary depending on the size of the dates and how thick you like your caramel!)

1 tsp organic cinnamon

half tsp organic vanilla extract

Put the pitted dates, cinnamon and vanilla in a blender, cover with the almond milk and blend until smooth.
