Pancake Tuesday!

These organic buckwheat pancakes are a simple and tasty alternative to traditional wheat pancakes and are dairy free, gluten free, refined sugar free and vegan.

Organic Buckwheat Pancakes:








150g organic buckwheat flour

250 ml organic almond milk

1 organic banana

1 tbsp organic coconut oil

1 tsp organic vanilla extract

Blend all ingredients together. Fry on medium heat, oiling the pan with coconut oil and turning half way. Be aware that these take a little more time to cook than wheat pancakes so you might need a little more coconut oil to prevent sticking.
